My Strength and Guidence…

The feeling I woke up this morning with was one of panic!

It is monday and my week is going to be extremely
hectic and crazy.

I could feel the anxiety and tension building. Where
am I gonna start first?

There are just too many options. This is when I calmly reminded
myself to slow down and remember all that I have and to enjoy
my life and renew my faith. Mornings are perfect for this.
I savored my morning brew and used the early minutes
of my long upcoming day to make a connection and to ask
for strenght and guidence.

And this is what I told Him……

“We all need something more than
just our everyday lives and demands. Thankyou
for being what I most desire, we all hunger
for some greater meaning and reason for exsisting.
I am so happy I have found mine.

Thankyou Father,
Amen”

We live in a modern world and we must strive for
our ideal way of living. Nothing is given to us for
free and sometimes life can be overwhelming.

I like to remember that I have something
that does not cost a dime and it is worth more than
any other trinket or treasure. I have my faith and
my mind, and with God’s divine power I can live my best
life through HIM.

When all is in chaos I reach out and I can feel his presence.

Like a smooth calming wave washes over my mind and what is left
is clear and simple. Some of the ways I reach out is through
the scripture and through prayer. I also find that peace through
the voices and writing of others.

Constantin I am so glad that you have taken time at the start of your day to acknowledge the Lord Jesus. Sometimes it sucks when we forget. I try to start off my mornings with praise and worship during my devotions and it helps make my day easier even when something goes terrible wrong. Thank you for your encouragement and Keep the faith.

I woke up this morning with unhappy feeling. I have many tensions in my working and financial. I know God cares for me, but today I feel so lonely…. the fact was, I tried to go far from Him. When I opened my laptop this morning, your email was the first, and shocked me …. God reminds me how much He loves me through you.

I’m happy for you and thanks for sharing this with us. Lately, I was reminded to learn to seat at Jesus feet and draw from Him. We are always like Martha, busy and no time for Him. Time to fix our eyes on Jesus, for His love is everlasting and His power is supernatural. For He is our Almighty God ya! Keep on shining for Jesus and thanks for your encouragement. :o )

Today is my most undeserving day. Of course, as a person, I can give excuses for what has happened this morning.I remember as I am reflecting: It is not thru my work that I am saved but thru His Grace that I am saved. That make me want to cry and seek God’s forgiveness. It makes one tremble when His Holy spirit convicts us. Praise God for His enduring love.

Thanx for the nice and comforting message it reminds me that I have to work hard towards Gods’s ministry .We sholud walk by faith and trust in the Lord because he is the only living God and through him everything is possible because he works fo good for those who love him those whom he has called according to his purpose and he will never leave us nor forsake us.At the moment i am in a very bad financial situation and in debts but since I am child of God I know he is looking over me and with time and patience I will be over them and am desperatelt looking for a job I was retreched from a very good and paying job in 2004 and since then things have been really bad please pray for me to get the old job back.And can God have nerci on me I think he has sent enough test on me. I know he never lets the righteous be defetead we shoul hope and trust in him always.

Hi Constatin, I really appreciate the words that you have written. Thank you for the reminder that we have Jesus to turn to for our guidance and strength as we look at what lies ahead in our week. For a minute there, I thought I was reading an exact copy of what my week was like. I am glad that we can cast our cares up Him because He cares for us and that He never gives us to much that we can’t handle. Thank you for the encouragement.
